    Our production facility houses state-of-the-art machinery to deliver absolute visual clarity. For rigid substrates like MDO and Polymetal, we use our industrial HP Flatbed printer, which cures specialized UV inks directly onto the board surface for incredible durability. For high-resolution fleet graphics, banners, and specialty vinyl decals, we utilize our Roland TrueVis VG3–540 roll-to-roll printer, offering industry-leading color accuracy and sharp corporate graphic reproduction.
    03. How do I choose between direct flatbed printing and vinyl application? +
    Direct printing via our HP Flatbed is highly efficient and cost-effective, curing inks straight onto substrates like Coroplast or MDO for clean, durable finishes. If you need maximum long-term weather resistance or a premium gloss/matte finish, we print high-resolution graphics on our Roland TrueVis roll-to-roll system, mount that vinyl onto the rigid panel, and seal it with a heavy-duty protective UV laminate shield.
    04. Are your outdoor printed panels fully weatherproof for the Central Texas climate? +
    Yes, absolutely. Our custom panel signs are built specifically to endure intense heat and sun exposure. By combining industrial UV inks from our flatbed system with high-grade exterior materials like Polymetal and sealed MDO wood panels, our exterior signs maintain their vibrant colors and structural shape for years without warping, splitting, or fading.
    05. What file types do you require to print large-format panels cleanly? +
    To guarantee perfect text clarity and sharp graphic edges at a massive scale, vector file formats are highly preferred (.AI, .EPS, or vector-based .PDF). If you are using raster images (.JPG or .PNG), please ensure they are saved at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at full print size. Our In-House Graphic Designer reviews every design file block to verify it is completely ready for production before printing begins.
